burndown chart does not have a start time.

Description
Determine how to add a new time (a start date) to the Burndown.
This may require that there be a "starting date" added to the current target version,
and/or a start-now button for the current sprint.
I think that the burndown list should not include target versions which either are
empty (have no issues assigned to them), or if they have not been started.
The target is that the Burndown chart will now show lines/points before it starts.
